Words Are Significant, pt 4

When we think about God the Father forsaking His Son, we have to ask ourselves, ‘Is that even possible?’ We read in the Old Testament that God said He would never forsake Israel, and yet here, He apparently, forsakes His own Son on the cross. God the Father loved us so much that He sent His only Son, and the Son loved the Father so much that He was willing to come. And yet somehow the Father forsakes the Son that He sent!?!?!
