In a world where culture shifts, values change, and people are constantly searching for truth, the mission of God remains unchanged. In Matthew 28, Jesus commands His followers to go and make disciples. In Acts 1:8, He promises the power of the Holy Spirit to carry that mission from Jerusalem to the ends of the earth. And in Acts 8, even persecution could not stop the gospel from advancing. Through Philip’s encounter with the Ethiopian eunuch, we are reminded that God is still sending His people into changing cultures with an unchanging message. The world may change, methods may change, and circumstances may change, but the God who saves, sends, and speaks through His people never changes.
