In Part 1 of our new series, Until It’s Settled, we looked at Jesus in Gethsemane and learned what it means to pray until you’re surrendered. Jesus honestly asked the Father to let the cup pass, yet He ultimately prayed, “Not My will, but Yours, be done.” Sometimes prayer does not change the circumstance—it changes us. The cup was not removed, but Jesus was strengthened and fully surrendered to the Father’s will. Keep praying until your heart can trust God even when His answer is different from the one you hoped for.
