Gina Kirkman
Gina has been an active member of the church since childhood.
Throughout her life, she has served in various capacities in over a dozen
churches, demonstrating her commitment. From working in the nursery
to serving as a co-pastor, she has dedicated herself to the church's
mission. Additionally, she has worked with missionaries to spread the
gospel and provide food for the hungry in Portugal. She has also taught
English to new converts from Nepal and spoken at Women’s
Conferences both in the US and Portugal.
She also served as a military spouse to her husband, Doug, during his
25-year military career, which involved traveling throughout the United
States and Portugal. She relied on prayer and God's grace to provide a
loving home for her family in 14 different houses located in 7 different
U.S. states and Portugal. During this period, she homeschooled their
three children from primary to secondary education, while often
relocating. Two of their children have since graduated from college, and
one is currently almost through high school.
Gina has been the Youth Director at New Harvest for the past two
years. Under her leadership, the group has experienced growth and
renewed excitement about living for Jesus. Her desire is to inspire the
youth to prioritize God in their lives here, so they can enjoy the
blessings of eternal life!
