Children Ministry

PROVERBS 22:6
(NIV) – "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it."

 

 

 

Andrea Bass is the Children’s Ministry Coordinator for Pearland New Harvest Christian Fellowship Church. Andrea has a love for children and has begun her ministry here @ New Harvest as of September of 2010. She enjoys doing the work of the Lord for His Kid’s Ministry. She has been serving in the past 6 years in the Houston area in areas where there may be a need in serving the Lord.

Our focus is on our children the future generation. We offer grade-specific classes to allow children to bond with other children of their age. They learn God’s truth and how it applies to their daily walk. Our goal is to influence positive and wise choices. Our loving teachers and their creative techniques allow children to understand Biblical teachings at home, school and at church. This equips them to take their faith to the next level by helping bridge the gap between culture, faith and growing up.

• Children’s Church (K-5th)

• Pre-school children (Ages 4-6)

• Infant – 3 yrs.

Typical activities include:

• Playing “crazy” games with a Christ-like attitude

• Bible Songs Pray Time.

• Listening to story telling of the Bible

• Doing the Bible Story by hands on craft activities

• Learning God’s Word and developing spiritually & emotionally

Lastly, HIS KIDS Children’s Ministry provides all of this learning, sharing and fun in a safe and loving environment which allows parents to relax, to feel comfortable, and to focus as they to prepare to receive a message from the man of God our wonderful founder and Pastor, Keith Anderson.
